Tim Walker

I've discovered a love for the photographer Tim Walker, i love how etherial his photos are. They have a kind of vintage, romantic edge to them. I would like to use this kind of romantic tinting within my own photography to get across the idea of something magical just like in Alice in Wonderland.

Before taking this i was STUCK!!!!!!
My original idea was to take photos of street style in and around Leeds but Leeds has a poor idea of street style...bit too ordinary.... soooo....i decided to venture to the vintage shops..and it gave me just what i was looking for. I've always loved the stairs in Pop Boutique, they remind me of alice in wonderland, and this is my main inspiration. But, I still want to incorporate with this an element of the retro.

Colour Story

To me the trend represents artificial in the sense of robotics. These are my main inspiration for the trend. I've looked at two Swiss Photographers called Alex and Felix. I love how surreal they are and it's this kind of imagery that has inspired me in terms of a mood I want the trend to portray.
